For those who have lived or experienced a dysfunctional and/or alcoholic home and family background. Break free from past outdated patterns which are holding you back from living a full life. Learn to understand what emotional sobriety is and knowing when your losing personal power. Having a safe space of mentoring and guidance will help you to 'know thyself' and encourage you to let go of outdated programming and beliefs which no longer serve you. Move out from surviving and suffering to living presently and congruently in the now. This session is interactive and is conducted online.
