thisistheartoflife.com respects the privacy of its Users. The terms and conditions of the thisistheartoflife.com’s Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference.

All sessions are confidential and we make it a priority to protect your personal information.

 

Services

  • All sessions provided by Angela Gilmartin will last for the specified duration purchased, i.e., 30 mins or 45 mins for recorded Intuitive Sessions via WhatsApp, 75 mins for Recovery Coaching Sessions via video conferencing call.

  • Please note that the services are for personal development purposes only and should not be used in place of legal, financial, medical or other advice or counselling. Please consult the advice of a qualified professional if applicable to your situation prior to booking and before making any life-changing decisions. Angela Gilmartin and www.thisistheartoflife.com are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken due to or after the session has ceased or pertaining to any information and guidance offered from the session.

Intuitive Recorded Sessions

  • On booking intuitive recorded sessions, clients must provide a full working telephone number to receive recordings together with information regarding their session type and requirement. Angela Gilmartin and www.thisistheartoflife.com will only cover up to the time agreed for the session, 30 mins, 45 mins.  Additional or complex areas will require further sessions to be booked.

  • Recordings are sent via WhatsApp, and clients must have access, sufficient data and bandwidth to receive the recording to their phone. Once delivered and received by the client, recordings are deleted to protect client’s privacy. Clients must ensure they download and save any necessary material once received.

  • Angela Gilmartin and www.thisistheartoflife.com aim to deliver requested recordings from the time of booking to a minimum of 48-hour period up to 10 days depending on prebooked sessions and availability. Should there be a delay due to illness this will be communicated to the client if the delay will possibly exceed the 10-day period.

Recovery Coaching Sessions

  • Recovery Coaching Sessions are conducted online using video conferencing software such as Zoom, Teams etc.

  • A booking is confirmed once Angela Gilmartin and the client have both agreed a date, time, duration and payment is received in full.

  • We aim to accommodate client’s availability based upon normal daylight working hours 9am – 6pm. Outside working hours can be requested but are not guaranteed.

  • 48hrs notice must be given to rebook dates and/or cancel. Future dates cannot be guaranteed due to pre-booked calendar, and available rebook dates are at the discretion and availability of Angela Gilmartin.

  • For ongoing blocked bookings, clients can request recorded sessions to WhatsApp. They will require private access to the app and provide a private working telephone number with sufficient data and bandwidth to receive the recording. We delete all recordings once received by the client to protect their privacy.

  • Clients are welcome to provide their own video conferencing link for the session which must be sent over 24 hours before the prebooked session time. If they wish to record the session, they have permission to do so.

 

Booking

  • By confirming and paying for a booking, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to all our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the services offered on this website.

  • All clients must complete an online contact form prior to booking a session providing appropriate contact details and query included.

  • Bookings are only confirmed and proceed once payment is received in full.

  • It is not permitted to book a session on behalf of another person.

  • All bookings are non-transferrable.

  • Block booked sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase or they will no longer be valid.

 

Booking Procedure

  • Bookings are taken online with a three-step process:

1. Email enquiry submitted by the client using the Website contact form including relevant details requested on the form. Additional information required includes a working telephone number for recorded Intuitive Guidance sessions. Dates and times of availability for Recovery Coaching online video sessions.

2. Confirmation email reply sent to the client by Angela Gilmartin to process and receive booking including details of time, date, session type agreed. Please note Intuitive Sessions do not require dates or times due to recordings sent out within a specified timeframe as forementioned above in Services section above. A contact telephone number will be provided to the client in the reply email to confirm the WhatsApp account that will send the recording.

3. Booking payment to be completed by client which also confirms client has read, understood and agreed to Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.

For Intuitive Sessions

  • Clients must provide a full working telephone number on the contact form with their own private access to a working up to date WhatsApp application to receive recordings. Angela Gilmartin and www.thisistheartoflife.com are not responsible for any technological issues with client’s equipment or ability to download the relevant app to receive recordings or information offered from the session. Clients must ensure they have appropriate bandwidth, data and access to receive recordings prior to booking sessions.

For Recovery Coaching Sessions

  • Recovery Coaching Sessions are conducted online using video conferencing software such as Zoom, Teams etc.

  • A booking is confirmed once Angela Gilmartin and the client have both agreed a date, time, duration and payment is received in full.

  • For booked sessions online in person via video call, 48hrs notice must be given to rebook dates and/or cancel. Future dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

  • With blocked bookings where appropriate and on agreement, flexibility is available to offer recorded session for client if this is requested and deemed beneficial for ongoing progression.

  • A conference call link will be sent over 24 hours prior to the pre-booked session and clients are welcome to send over their own link (minimum 24 hours prior to commencement of the session) and record the session.

  • We do not provide the facility to record any recovery coaching sessions on a client’s behalf.

 

Payments & Billing

  • Payment will be collected for the full session fee prior to the session commencing and on booking via the online contact form. Please refer to Booking section for booking procedure.

  • All charges are payable in UK British pounds (GBP). The non-refundable cost must be paid at the time of booking a session. We are not responsible for any usage charges related to using this Website and/or Service, including but not limited to mobile phones or any other devices whether wireless or wired. We are not responsible for any currency charges or fluctuations when using PayPal, or similar payment system.

  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card transfer or PayPal.

 

Cancellation Policy

For events:

  • Deposits when required are non-refundable but transferable to an alternative event, subject to the discretion of the seller. If paid in full the payment will be seen as being paid in two parts: deposit and balance. If the buyer has attended the first part of the group, it will be deemed that the buyer has received full value from their participation. Therefore, any further refunds or cancellations shall be taken on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the seller.

  • A full refund will be issued for events (only) cancelled by Angela Gilmartin, unless it is caused by a 3rd party.

  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the event commencing, no refund will be given.

For Intuitive Sessions

  • All intuitive sessions are non-refundable. Online fees once submitted are non-refundable.

For Recovery Coaching sessions (online video call):

  • If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before a session, the client will not be charged.

  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the session the client will pay the full session fee.

  • Angela Gilmartin has the right to cancel a session by giving 24 hours’ notice.

  • Angela Gilmartin has the right to cancel a session without notice if the client is intoxicated, inebriated or displays inappropriate behaviour.

 

Refunds

  • All booked sessions are non-refundable once booked and payment received.

We have a no refund policy for any sessions. Online fees once submitted are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse sessions to any clients; in this case a full refund will be given.

 

Code of Conduct

  • When commenting online including any online courses or group participation events, please be respectful and tolerant of others even it they hold different views, do not add defamatory content and use acceptable language. Failure to follow appropriate commenting will lead to blocking of comments or removal from online course without a refund.

  • Angela Gilmartin has the right to terminate a session immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate behaviour is inebriated or intoxicated.

  • Angela Gilmartin and www.thisistheartoflife.com offer services to any client from any background and sessions are conducted with confidentiality.

  • We aim to deliver all information and guidance with clarity and offer the opportunity for clients to request further clarity if needed. Further questions and queries will require the booking and purchase of an additional session.

 

Complaints

To make a complaint please email @thisistheartoflife.com including the name and details of the complaint. All complaints will be taken into consideration and a response provided within 28 days.


Special Offer Terms

Special prices, free shipping, free product, and other discounts are offered at the discretion of www.thisistheartoflife.com, www.thisistheartoflife.com reserves the right to update or amend these offers at any time. Offers may be limited to one per person and also may not be combined with other offers.

 

Newsletters

We will send Newsletters with information on updates, promotions, discounts and referrals. You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of the electronic communication or by contacting us through email @thisistheartoflife.com and selecting “Newsletter Unsubscribe” as the reason for your request.
