For those who have lived or experienced a dysfunctional and/or alcoholic home and family background. Break free from past outdated patterns which are holding you back from living a full life. Learn to understand what emotional sobriety is and knowing when your losing personal power. Having a safe space of mentoring and guidance will help you to 'know thyself' and encourage you to let go of outdated programming and beliefs which no longer serve you. Move away from surviving and suffering to living presently and congruently in the now. Learning to understand that whatever life's challenges you have the necessary tools to deal with them. A series of block booked sessions helps you to gain real traction of change and development within outdated belief systems and programming from your family of origin. All sessions are confidential and private and handled with empathy, understanding and kindness.
